This notice explains how Liahona Healthcare Solutions uses the information you send through this website.
What we collect
When you send an appointment request we collect:
- your first and last name and phone number;
- your email address, if you choose to give it;
- the service you are asking about and your preferred date and time;
- anything you write in the optional notes field.
Please do not include diagnoses, medicines, test results, photos or identity numbers in the form. Our team will ask for the information they need when they contact you.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your request: to contact you, confirm or rearrange the appointment, and keep a record of it. If you give an email address, we send you an acknowledgement and updates about your request. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Requests are visible to authorised Liahona Healthcare Solutions staff through a password-protected staff area. We use service providers to run the website and handle requests: website hosting, a secure database where requests are stored, and an email delivery service. These providers may store data outside Ghana.
Cookies and tracking
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The staff area uses a sign-in cookie for authorised staff only.
Your choices
